Hamish Byers
FOUNDER
With a career spanning over 10 years Hamish Byers brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in rural property advice, estate management, and general property consultancy.
Known for his practical approach and deep-rooted understanding of the countryside, Hamish has advised landowners, farmers, and estates across the UK on everything from innovative diversification projects to large scale developments.
Away from work, Hamish is rarely found indoors. An enthusiastic countryman at heart, he enjoys traditional country pursuits including shooting, fishing, and long days spent out in the countryside with his Labrador Fergus. His appreciation for the rural way of life is not just professional, it’s personal.
Katherine Bliss
Katherine's career began as a land agent for some of the country's largest landowning families. She later transitioned into event management, organising everything from international horse trials to marathons and music festivals.
Coming from a farming family, Katherine has now returned to the rural property sector and works alongside Hamish, assisting with all day to day operations. Her exceptional organisational skills are invaluable to the smooth running of the business.
Outside of work, Katherine is a fitness enthusiast and a true country girl. She is well known for her skill in working her dog, Jet, on shooting fields across the country. With a new addition to the team, Dotty, Katherine will be in even greater demand.
George Sanderson
George joins our team, bringing over 30 years of experience as a surveyor.
He has built his career across residential and commercial sales, lettings, and rural property management.
Recognised for his pragmatic, common-sense approach, George delivers clear and strategic advice to clients throughout Lincolnshire and the East Midlands.
When not working, George is most often found in the saddle or caring for his flock of pedigree animals.
Annabel James
Annabel joins us from a national housebuilder, where she worked in the Land & Partnerships team. Annabel brings with her experience from the developer side of the fence but is now advising Greenacre Rural clients regarding the development potential of their land.
Annabel is a naturally organised person and self-proclaimed queen of the spreadsheets.
When not at work, Annabel is a farmer on her partners goat farm or is out working her team of spaniels.
Emma Greetham
Emma joins us from an illustrious career at DHL working in logistics, facilities and team management. Emma provides the experience in organising and managing complex property management matter.
In her spare time, Emma is a proficient badminton player, cocktail maker and sailing enthusiast with her Yacht Masters qualifications.
